Analisti i siguris\u00eb, Drizan Shala, ka publikuar nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb mbi p\u00ebrfshirjen e Jovana Radosavljeviq n\u00eb list\u00ebn zgjedhore t\u00eb List\u00ebs Serbe p\u00ebr zgjedhjet e 7 qershorit, duke e cil\u00ebsuar k\u00ebt\u00eb l\u00ebvizje si fundin e nj\u00eb \u201cmbulese civile\u201d q\u00eb, sipas tij, ka funksionuar prej vitesh n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb shkrimin e tij, Shala argumenton se organizata \u201cNova dru\u0161tvena inicijativa\u201d (New Social Initiative \u2013 NSI), e themeluar n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00ebn e Veriut, ishte prezantuar para bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare si nj\u00eb z\u00eb qytetar dhe i pavarur i serb\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, por n\u00eb praktik\u00eb kishte ndjekur vazhdimisht linj\u00ebn politike t\u00eb Beogradit.<\/p>\n
Sipas tij, Jovana Radosavljeviq ishte nd\u00ebrtuar si figur\u00eb me kredibilitet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar p\u00ebrmes bashk\u00ebpunimeve me organizata dhe institucione per\u00ebndimore, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb USAID-in, Bank\u00ebn Bot\u00ebrore, ambasada per\u00ebndimore dhe projekte t\u00eb financuara nga BE-ja. Shala thot\u00eb se p\u00ebrmes NSI-s\u00eb ajo kishte krijuar qasje n\u00eb qarqe diplomatike dhe organizata nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, duke u paraqitur si alternativ\u00eb ndaj List\u00ebs Serbe.<\/p>\n
Ai vler\u00ebson se NSI kishte prodhuar analiza, sondazhe dhe raporte profesionale q\u00eb p\u00ebrdoroheshin nga ambasadat dhe institucionet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar situat\u00ebn n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Megjithat\u00eb, sipas Shal\u00ebs, p\u00ebrmbajtja e k\u00ebtyre publikimeve n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet ky\u00e7e politike, si ndalimi i dinarit serb, prania e Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb veri dhe dialogu Kosov-Serbi \u2013 kishte qen\u00eb vazhdimisht n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me interesat dhe narrativ\u00ebn e Beogradit.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb analiz\u00eb thuhet se pas sulmit n\u00eb Banjsk\u00eb m\u00eb 24 shtator 2023, ku Milan Radoi\u00e7iq u identifikua si organizator i sulmit ndaj Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Beogradit i ishte nevojitur nj\u00eb \u201cfytyr\u00eb e re\u201d p\u00ebr audienc\u00ebn per\u00ebndimore. Shala pretendon se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb NSI dhe figurat e saj publike mor\u00ebn rol m\u00eb t\u00eb madh n\u00eb komunikimin me diplomat\u00ebt dhe organizatat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n
Ai p\u00ebrmend edhe ish-drejtorin e Zyr\u00ebs p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn n\u00eb Qeverin\u00eb e Serbis\u00eb dhe ministrin aktual t\u00eb Jasht\u00ebm, Marko Gjuriq, duke pretenduar se ai kishte qen\u00eb n\u00eb pozit\u00eb ky\u00e7e p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur dhe zhvilluar k\u00ebt\u00eb rrjet ndikimi gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs pas Banjsk\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
Shala pretendon gjithashtu se persona t\u00eb af\u00ebrt me NSI-n\u00eb kan\u00eb pasur role n\u00eb organizata nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe ambasada n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, duke ndikuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si komuniteti nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar e percepton situat\u00ebn n\u00eb veri.<\/p>\n
Sipas tij, kandidimi i Radosavljeviq n\u00eb list\u00ebn e Srpska Lista-s d\u00ebshmon se \u201cmbulesa qytetare\u201d nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e nevojshme dhe se projekti po hyn n\u00eb nj\u00eb faz\u00eb t\u00eb re politike, tashm\u00eb publikisht i lidhur me struktur\u00ebn politike serbe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n
