Pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt n\u00eb Ballkan dhe n\u00eb rajonin e Mesdheut kan\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb gjasa t\u00eb punojn\u00eb gjat\u00eb fundjav\u00ebs krahasuar me pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, disa vende po testojn\u00eb modelin e jav\u00ebs s\u00eb pun\u00ebs kat\u00ebrditore.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb Eurostat-it, qindra mij\u00ebra njer\u00ebz n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Evrop\u00ebn nuk e kan\u00eb fundjav\u00ebn si koh\u00eb pushimi. M\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb n\u00eb pes\u00eb pun\u00ebtor\u00eb n\u00eb kontinent \u2013 21.3 p\u00ebr qind \u2013 punojn\u00eb rregullisht t\u00eb shtunave dhe t\u00eb dielave.<\/p>\n\n

N\u00eb disa vende, kjo shif\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb e lart\u00eb, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb Ballkan dhe n\u00eb Mesdhe, shkruan euronews.<\/a><\/p>\n

N\u00eb Greqi, nj\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje e lart\u00eb prej 41 p\u00ebr qind e t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuarve dhe t\u00eb vet\u00ebpun\u00ebsuarve jan\u00eb aktiv\u00eb gjat\u00eb fundjav\u00ebs. Pas saj renditet Bosnja dhe Hercegovina me 33 p\u00ebr qind, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb Malt\u00eb, Qipro dhe Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut kjo shif\u00ebr arrin n\u00eb 32 p\u00ebr qind.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt, veriu dhe lindja e Evrop\u00ebs paraqesin nivele shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebta t\u00eb pun\u00ebs gjat\u00eb fundjav\u00ebs. N\u00eb Lituani vet\u00ebm 4 p\u00ebr qind e pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve punojn\u00eb n\u00eb fundjav\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb Hungari kjo shif\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb 7 p\u00ebr qind dhe n\u00eb Poloni 7.5 p\u00ebr qind.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, pronar\u00ebt e bizneseve kan\u00eb m\u00eb pak fundjava t\u00eb lira se punonj\u00ebsit: 46 p\u00ebr qind e tyre detyrohen t\u00eb punojn\u00eb, krahasuar me 18.5 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsve.<\/p>\n

Kur shihen vet\u00ebm punonj\u00ebsit, Greqia, Qiproja dhe Maqedonia e Veriut mbeten n\u00eb krye, me m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 30 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb tyre q\u00eb punojn\u00eb gjat\u00eb fundjav\u00ebs. Pas tyre renditen Zvicra dhe Malta, me rreth 29 p\u00ebr qind.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb kategorin\u00eb e t\u00eb vet\u00ebpun\u00ebsuarve dhe pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve, Greqia kryeson bindsh\u00ebm me nj\u00eb nivel shum\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb prej 75 p\u00ebr qind. M\u00eb pas vijn\u00eb Belgjika me 66 p\u00ebr qind dhe Franca me 60 p\u00ebr qind.<\/p>\n

Megjithat\u00eb, fakti q\u00eb shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz punojn\u00eb gjat\u00eb fundjavave nuk n\u00ebnkupton domosdoshm\u00ebrisht or\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb gjata pune n\u00eb total. Nd\u00ebrrimet e pun\u00ebs ndryshojn\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb sektorit ku punohet.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr shembull, pothuajse gjysma e pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbime dhe shitje (47.6 p\u00ebr qind) punojn\u00eb rregullisht gjat\u00eb fundjavave. Kjo tendenc\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithashtu e pranishme n\u00eb t\u00eb ashtuquajturat \u201cprofesione elementare\u201d, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb pun\u00eb manuale rutin\u00eb dhe shpesh fizikisht t\u00eb lodhshme, ku rreth 25.7 p\u00ebr qind e pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve punojn\u00eb gjat\u00eb fundjav\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Cilat vende kan\u00eb testuar jav\u00ebn e pun\u00ebs kat\u00ebrditore?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Trendi aktual n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb po shkon m\u00eb shum\u00eb drejt shkurtimit t\u00eb jav\u00ebs s\u00eb pun\u00ebs, sesa zgjatjes s\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n

Eksperimenti \u00ebsht\u00eb nisur nga Ministria e Pun\u00ebs n\u00eb 90 vende pune, si n\u00eb sektorin publik ashtu edhe n\u00eb at\u00eb privat, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb rreth 5,000 punonj\u00ebs. Rezultatet e tij pritet t\u00eb vler\u00ebsohen n\u00eb vitin 2027.<\/p>\n
