Madje, do t\u00eb thosha q\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi dhe mision q\u00eb ka, emri m\u00ebsues ka mjaft pesh\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00ebn shoq\u00ebrore. <\/p>\n<hr\/>\n<p>Po cili \u00ebsht\u00eb profesioni i m\u00ebsuesit? <\/p>\n<p>M\u00ebsuesi \u00ebsht\u00eb ai q\u00eb me mjesht\u00ebrin\u00eb e tij profesionale dhe pedagogjike p\u00ebrgatit brezin e ri, brezin e s\u00eb ardhmes s\u00eb nj\u00eb kombi dhe p\u00ebrmes dijeve shkencore q\u00eb u jep, i b\u00ebn ato t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme tek ai (brezi), por jo vet\u00ebm dije shkencore, por kultivon edhe normat edukative n\u00eb m\u00ebnyrat e sjelljes s\u00eb brezit t\u00eb ri, q\u00eb nes\u00ebr kur t\u00eb dal\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00eb, t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb formim t\u00eb till\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb i denj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i sh\u00ebrbyer s\u00eb pari vetes s\u00eb tij dhe m\u00eb pas familjes, shoq\u00ebris\u00eb dhe kombit t\u00eb vet.<\/p>\n<p>E, sigurisht, cil\u00ebsia e brezit q\u00eb p\u00ebrgatit m\u00ebsuesi do t\u00eb varet nga niveli i tij, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se s\u2019i ai i shpalos dhe p\u00ebrmbush parametrat q\u00eb i dikton profesioni i tij p\u00ebr misionin dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb ka n\u00eb edukimin e brezit. \u00cbsht\u00eb kjo pra arsyeja q\u00eb figura e m\u00ebsuesit nisur nga misioni q\u00eb ka, ka mbetur historikisht nj\u00eb figur\u00eb e nderuar dhe e respektuar n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri. Por, ama emrin m\u00ebsues duhet ta meritosh p\u00ebr vlerat shum\u00ebdimensionale q\u00eb ka profesioni i tij. <\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb kuadrin e problematik\u00ebs q\u00eb diktojm\u00eb, natyrsh\u00ebm lind pyetja: p\u00ebr cil\u00ebn gjenerat\u00eb apo brez m\u00ebsuesish b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shkrim t\u00eb radh\u00ebs, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebriten? <\/p>\n<p>B\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr gjenerat\u00ebn apo brezin e m\u00ebsuesve q\u00eb i p\u00ebrkasin periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb diktatur\u00ebs komuniste, q\u00eb sundoi n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb p\u00ebr afro pes\u00eb dekada.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr m\u00ebsuesit me vokacion, p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb punuan me devotshm\u00ebri, p\u00ebrkushtim dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi, b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb kishin ego, sed\u00ebr dhe ambicie profesionale. B\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr ata m\u00ebsues q\u00eb n\u00eb profesionin e tyre si m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs dhe edukator shpalos\u00ebn metoda dhe strategji t\u00eb tilla, q\u00eb dijet shkencore q\u00eb u transmetonin nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, ua b\u00ebnin t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre. B\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr at\u00eb gjenerat\u00eb m\u00ebsuesish, q\u00eb me sjelljet dhe njohurit\u00eb q\u00eb u jepnin nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve n\u00eb procesin m\u00ebsimor-edukativ, ua b\u00ebnin atyre (nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve) t\u00eb dashur m\u00ebsimin dhe shkoll\u00ebn q\u00eb frekuentonin. Sot kemi mjaft m\u00ebsues t\u00eb dal\u00eb n\u00eb pension q\u00eb i p\u00ebrkasin brezit p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb e nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e tyre kan\u00eb nd\u00ebrruar edhe jet\u00eb, por emrat e tyre kujtohen me respekt, dashuri dhe mir\u00ebnjohje nga ish-nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e tyre lidhur me vlerat q\u00eb treguan n\u00eb ushtrimin e profesionit t\u00eb nderuar t\u00eb m\u00ebsuesit. Duke folur p\u00ebr gjenerat\u00ebn e m\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb diktatur\u00ebs komuniste n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb (tashm\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbysur), gjej rastin t\u00eb kujtoj edhe un\u00eb m\u00ebsuesit e mi t\u00eb mir\u00ebnjohur, t\u00eb respektuar dhe t\u00eb nderuar. T\u00eb till\u00eb ishin m\u00ebsuesit: Stefan Bulo, Ibrahim Gashi, Pandeli Lena, Uran Butka, shkrimtarin Gjergj Zhej dhe Luan Bajo.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebta m\u00ebsues u p\u00ebrballa p\u00ebr shum\u00eb vite kur isha nx\u00ebn\u00ebs i tyre. Prej k\u00ebtyre m\u00ebsuesve n\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebt m\u00ebsimore apo disiplinat shkencore q\u00eb m\u00eb zhvilluan, mora dije t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme, dije t\u00eb cilat i mbaj mend edhe sot. Bie fjala p\u00ebr koncepte e njohuri nga shkenca e filozofis\u00eb, q\u00eb ma zhvillonte m\u00ebsues Stefani, koncepte e njohuri nga shkenca e matematik\u00ebs dhe e astronomis\u00eb, q\u00eb ma zhvillonte m\u00ebsues Ibrahimi, njohuri nga shkenca e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb q\u00eb e zhvillonin m\u00ebsues Urani dhe shkrimtari i mir\u00ebnjohur Gjergj Zhej, koncepte dhe njohuri nga shkenca e kimis\u00eb dhe gjeografis\u00eb q\u00eb ma zhvillonte m\u00ebsues Pandeliu, koncepte dhe njohuri nga shkenca e historis\u00eb q\u00eb ma zhvillonte m\u00ebsues Luani. Madje, dua t\u00eb n\u00ebnvizoj se figura dhe personaliteti i m\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb lartp\u00ebrmendur, n\u00eb pozicionin e tyre si m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs dhe edukator, reflektohej edhe n\u00eb pamjen e tyre t\u00eb jashtme (uniform\u00ebn q\u00eb prezantonin para nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve kur vinin p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhvilluar m\u00ebsim), pra edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim ata rrezatonin kultur\u00eb dhe edukim te nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit.<\/p>\n<p>Specifik\u00eb tjet\u00ebr e tyre n\u00eb rolin e edukatorit t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb, ishte edhe takti pedagogjik dhe gjuha e mir\u00ebkuptimit q\u00eb tregonin n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb k\u00ebshillave dhe qortimeve q\u00eb u b\u00ebnin nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, n\u00eb rastet kur u konstatonin atyre t\u00eb meta dhe mang\u00ebsi n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb asimilimit t\u00eb njohurive p\u00ebr l\u00ebnd\u00ebt m\u00ebsimore q\u00eb u zhvillonin apo p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb sjellje t\u00eb pahijshme t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve n\u00eb mjediset e shkoll\u00ebs, q\u00eb binte n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me normat e edukimit q\u00eb u takonin nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve. Autoriteti, respekti dhe mir\u00ebnjohja e m\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb gjenerat\u00ebs q\u00eb b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb, q\u00eb i prezantova si model n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb figur\u00ebs s\u00eb m\u00ebsuesit p\u00ebr profesionalizmin q\u00eb i karakterizonte, ndjehej jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb komunitetin shkollor, por edhe n\u00eb komunitetin jasht\u00ebshkollor. Sigurisht, nisur nga dijet e q\u00ebndrueshme shkencore q\u00eb m\u00eb kan\u00eb mbetur edhe sot n\u00eb kujtes\u00ebn time, nga puna pasionante e m\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb mi t\u00eb lartp\u00ebrmendur n\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebt m\u00ebsimore q\u00eb m\u00eb zhvilluan, si dhe nga normat e edukimit shum\u00eb t\u00eb nevojshme p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn q\u00eb ata kan\u00eb kultivuar tek un\u00eb, b\u00ebjn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ndjej nostalgjin\u00eb edhe sot p\u00ebr k\u00ebta m\u00ebsues sa her\u00eb q\u00eb i kujtoj. Por dua t\u00eb theksoj se nostalgjia dhe opinioni q\u00eb un\u00eb shpreha p\u00ebr k\u00ebta m\u00ebsues, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm personale, por tek i gjith\u00eb brezi i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve q\u00eb s\u00eb bashku me mua u arsimuan, u shkolluan dhe u edukuan nga puna dinjitoze e p\u00ebrkushtuar dhe pasionante e k\u00ebtyre m\u00ebsuesve.<\/p>\n<p>Cil\u00ebsit\u00eb dhe vlerat e k\u00ebsaj gjenerate m\u00ebsuesish, padyshim u dedikohen edhe vlerave dhe meritave t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb asaj kohe (shtetit t\u00eb diktatur\u00ebs komuniste), q\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos i hyr\u00eb n\u00eb hak ai shtet arsimin dhe figur\u00ebn e m\u00ebsuesit n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb vler\u00ebsimit, i jepte shum\u00eb prioritet se sa shteti i sot\u00ebm demokratik, n\u00ebse do t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb krahasimet n\u00eb shum\u00eb parametra q\u00eb matin vlerat e arsimit. E n\u00ebse flitet p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsimin e figur\u00ebs s\u00eb m\u00ebsuesit t\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb diktatur\u00ebs, m\u00ebsuesi njihej si nj\u00eb figur\u00eb e nderuar dhe kishte tjet\u00ebr vler\u00ebsim n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri, lidhur me pun\u00ebn dhe profesionin q\u00eb ushtronte, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb k\u00ebtu edhe pag\u00ebn q\u00eb merrte m\u00ebsuesi i asaj kohe. Madje, n\u00eb shtetin e asaj kohe p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e figur\u00ebs dhe personalitetit t\u00eb m\u00ebsuesit, funksiononte edhe nj\u00eb status (rregullore) i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, q\u00eb m\u00ebsuesi t\u00eb ndjehej mir\u00eb dhe i qet\u00eb lidhur me detyr\u00ebn dhe misionin q\u00eb kishte. N\u00eb koh\u00ebn e diktatur\u00ebs, askush nuk mund t\u00eb cenonte figur\u00ebn e m\u00ebsuesit, jo vet\u00ebm kur ai ishte brenda shkolle (kur ishte n\u00eb detyr\u00eb dhe ushtronte profesionin), por edhe jasht\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs (kur ai e kish mbaruar procesin m\u00ebsimor-edukativ n\u00eb pun\u00ebn me nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit). Cilido n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e diktatur\u00ebs e kishte t\u00eb qart\u00eb se kush cenonte apo dhunonte figur\u00ebn e m\u00ebsuesit, kishte pun\u00eb me shtetin.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vijim\u00ebsi t\u00eb shkrimit padyshim lind natyrsh\u00ebm edhe pyetja tjet\u00ebr: po m\u00ebsuesit e sot\u00ebm n\u00eb \u00e7\u2019nivel ndodhen n\u00eb k\u00ebto vite t\u00eb tranzicionit demokratik shqiptar? N\u00eb do dish nivelin e sot\u00ebm t\u00eb m\u00ebsuesve lidhur me at\u00eb \u00e7\u2019ka prodhojn\u00eb n\u00eb shkollat ku ata ushtrojn\u00eb profesionin e tyre n\u00eb pun\u00ebn me nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit si m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs dhe edukator, rezulton se ata q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb larg, madje shum\u00eb larg gjenerat\u00ebs s\u00eb m\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb diktatur\u00ebs, par\u00eb n\u00eb shum\u00eb aspekte. E p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb realitet brilant, flet niveli i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve kur zhvillohen Provimet e Lirimit n\u00eb Arsimin e Mes\u00ebm t\u00eb Ul\u00ebt, si dhe provimet e Matur\u00ebs Shtet\u00ebrore n\u00eb Arsimin e Mes\u00ebm t\u00eb Lart\u00eb. Gjithashtu realiteti p\u00ebr nivelin e ul\u00ebt t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, preket edhe kur \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvilluar testi nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar i radh\u00ebs \u201cPISA 2022\u201d n\u00eb matematik\u00eb, shkenc\u00eb dhe lexim me nx\u00ebn\u00ebs t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs 15-vje\u00e7are, ku marrin pjes\u00eb vendet me sistem demokratik, ku tashm\u00eb angazhohet edhe Shqip\u00ebria si nj\u00eb vend me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin sistem. Shqip\u00ebria n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb test, nisur nga rezultatet si\u00e7 jemi n\u00eb dijeni, radhitet pothuajse e fundit n\u00eb list\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vazhdimin e trajtimit t\u00eb problematik\u00ebs q\u00eb diktojm\u00eb, pyetja tjet\u00ebr e radh\u00ebs q\u00eb lind lidhur me cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e dob\u00ebt t\u00eb m\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb sot\u00ebm n\u00eb pun\u00ebn me nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit si m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs dhe edukator padyshim \u00ebsht\u00eb: \u201cPo p\u00ebrse jan\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb m\u00ebsuesit e sot\u00ebm\u201d? Sepse m\u00ebsuesit e sot\u00ebm jan\u00eb pa formimin e duhur profesional, nisur nga m\u00ebnyra se si jan\u00eb arsimuar dhe se si jan\u00eb diplomuar p\u00ebr profilin q\u00eb kan\u00eb mbaruar, e n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim kemi edhe m\u00ebsuesve q\u00eb e kan\u00eb bler\u00eb diplom\u00ebn dhe nuk e kan\u00eb fituar at\u00eb n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb meritave. Nj\u00eb e keqe tjet\u00ebr e madhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme lidhur me vler\u00ebsimin e pun\u00ebs s\u00eb m\u00ebsuesit dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb ka, \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe mungesa e kontrolleve nga instancat eprore t\u00eb arsimit.<\/p>\n<p>Ky kontroll q\u00eb funksionon sot \u00ebsht\u00eb krejt\u00ebsisht sporadik dhe jo si n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e diktatur\u00ebs, kur kontrollet p\u00ebr synimin q\u00eb kishin, g\u00ebzonin tjet\u00ebr autoritet, nisur nga kompetencat q\u00eb u kishin deleguar lidhur me kontrollet q\u00eb b\u00ebnin. Dua t\u00eb n\u00ebnvizoj se sa her\u00eb flasim p\u00ebr figur\u00ebn e m\u00ebsuesit n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme dhe personalitetin e tij p\u00ebr misionin q\u00eb ka, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi dhe m\u00ebkatari kryesor \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00eb shteti yn\u00eb i momentit ku mund t\u00eb themi pa hezitim se n\u00ebp\u00ebrk\u00ebmbja dhe shp\u00ebrfillja e k\u00ebtij sektori nga shteti yn\u00eb, ka qen\u00eb dhe vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb evidente n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebto vite t\u00eb tranzicionit demokratik. Le t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb ky shkrim i radh\u00ebs nisur nga problematika e diktuar, si nj\u00eb nxitje dhe motiv p\u00ebr m\u00ebsuesit e sot\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndjekur udh\u00ebn, shembullin dhe modelin e m\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb gjenerat\u00ebs s\u00eb lartp\u00ebrmendur, n\u00eb duan t\u00eb fitojn\u00eb autoritetin, mir\u00ebnjohjen dhe respektin e duhur nga nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e tyre, prind\u00ebrit e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve si dhe pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb komunitetit ku ndodhet shkolla ku ata punojn\u00eb dhe ushtrojn\u00eb profesionin e tyre t\u00eb nderuar, fisnik dhe human.<\/p>\n<p> S\u00eb fundi, dua t\u00eb n\u00ebnvizoj q\u00eb sa her\u00eb b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsimin e figur\u00ebs s\u00eb m\u00ebsuesit si dhe t\u00eb sektorit t\u00eb arsimit n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, ia vlen t\u00eb kujtojm\u00eb shprehjen e vyer dhe me shum\u00eb dometh\u00ebnie t\u00eb m\u00ebsuesit t\u00eb famsh\u00ebm, shkrimtarit dhe poetit t\u00eb d\u00ebgjuar austriak, Franc Kafka.
