Shpesh d\u00ebgjojm\u00eb fjali si: \u201cm\u00eb ka l\u00ebvizur unaza\u201d, \u201cm\u00eb ka dal\u00eb disku\u201d, \u201cm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb bllokuar legeni\u201d, \u201cnj\u00ebra k\u00ebmb\u00eb m\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb e gjat\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto shpjegime mund t\u00eb ting\u00ebllojn\u00eb bind\u00ebse, sidomos kur personi realisht ka dhimbje. Por shpina nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb aq e paq\u00ebndrueshme sa t\u00eb zhvendoset leht\u00eb nga nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje e zakonshme. Trupi \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb i fort\u00eb se kaq.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se njer\u00ebzit nuk mund t\u00eb ndiejn\u00eb bllokim, tension apo kufizim n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje. Por ndjesia e bllokimit nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb se di\u00e7ka ka dal\u00eb nga vendi. Shpesh mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb mbrojtje muskulore, ndjeshm\u00ebri e rritur, frik\u00eb nga l\u00ebvizja, lodhje ose irritim i p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm i indeve.<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj, m\u00ebnyra si ia shpjegojm\u00eb pacientit problemin ka shum\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi. N\u00ebse i themi se shpina i del nga vendi, ne pa dashje mund ta b\u00ebjm\u00eb t\u00eb ndihet i pasigurt n\u00eb trupin e vet. Por n\u00ebse i themi se shpina \u00ebsht\u00eb e ndjeshme, por jo e brisht\u00eb, kjo i jep nj\u00eb mesazh krejt tjet\u00ebr: ka dhimbje, po; por ka edhe mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr rikuperim.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kur duhet t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsohemi?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse shumica e dhimbjeve t\u00eb mesit nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikshme, ka raste kur duhet k\u00ebrkuar vler\u00ebsim mjek\u00ebsor.
